Vintage Master draws 4, Well Said 8 in Jug

The 64th edition of the Little Brown Jug will carry a purse of $609,150, with 19 horses set to compete over the half-mile oval at Delaware, Ohio.
 
First elim: 1—Straight Shooting (Dave Palone)—10-1; 2—Bunkmeister (Andrew McCarthy)—12-1; 3—Keep it Real (John Campbell)—8-1; 4—Mr Wiggles (Corey Callahan)—2-1; 5—River Shark (Luc Ouellette)—4-1; 6—Annieswesterncard (Peter Wrenn)—6-1; 7—Doubleshotascotch (Jim Morrill Jr.)—12-1; 8—Clear Vision (David Miller)—10-1; 9—Pedro Island (Mike Wilder)—15-1; 10—If I Can Dream (Tim Tetrick)—7-2.
 
Second elim: 1—Carnivore (Jody Jamieson)—4-1; 2—Vertical Horizon (Jim Morrill Jr.)—8-1; 3—Chasin Racin (David Miller)—8-1; 4—Vintage Master (Dan Dube)—8-5; 5—Born To Rockn Roll (Dave Palone)—20-1; 6—Nob Hill High (David Miller)—20-1; 7—Fireintheshark (George Brennan)—15-1; 8—Well Said (Ron Pierce)—5-2; 9—Sheer Desire (Dave Palone)—6-1.
 
Each elimination will carry a purse of $94,464. Eight horses start on the gate at Delaware, so there are two trailers in the first heat and one in the second.
