Woodbine Entertainment Group will offer visitors to the 2009 Canadian International Auto Show a chance to view a different kind of horsepower, with a Champions Off-Track Wagering outlet on site for attendees to watch and wager on horses. The Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS), one of the finest car shows on the continent, will run from Friday, Feb. 13 to Sunday, Feb. 22 at the Rogers Centre and the neighboring North and South Buildings of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, in downtown Toronto. The CIAS is the largest internationally sanctioned auto show in North America. It is largest consumer show of any kind in Canada in both size (covering over 850,000 square feet) and attendance (300,000 expected visitors). More than 1,000 cars and trucks will be on display from nearly 150 exhibitors. The booth will be located in the southeast area of the 100 level of the Rogers Centre (Booth 38), as part of this year's "Red Zone." Woodbine's event team will be on hand to meet and greet car and racing fans at the teletheatre, as well as to offer help and guidance for any first time patrons interested in the "Sport of Kings." Visitors can also receive a free $2 cash card to get started on afternoon or evening wagering.
