Wilma Wagner, the widow of horseman Earl Wagner and the mother of John Wagner, died Wedneday at age 89 in Glenn Dale, Maryland. Her husband died in 2007.
Wilma spent many evenings in the clubhouse at Rosecroft watching her son John race his horses. She is survived by daughter, Patricia (Robert) Brown; sons, David (Carol), James and John (Pam); and by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and special friend Betsy Brown.
Funeral arrangements are as follows
Visitation: Friday, October 31, 2008 from 11 am – 1pm at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715 Phone 301-464-8836 Memorial Service: Immediately following visitation, Friday October 31, 2008 at 1pm at Robert E. Evans Funeral Home, 16000 Annapolis Road, Bowie, MD 20715 In lieu of flowers donations may be made to “Hospice of the Chesapeake”
