Breeding season is about to begin, and Winbak Farm of Ontario has announced that the stallions on its 2012 roster are in residence at the farm.

Winbak Farm will be standing 11 stallions in 2012, including two new stallions.  The first of the two new stallions to arrive was Vintage Master, p, 2, Q1:57.4; 3, 1:49.2f; 4, 1:48.1f ($2,162,979). His harness was hung up for the last time after his bid in the Presidential Final. He will be the fastest and richest son of coveted pacing sire, Western Ideal, to stand in Ontario.

“The son of Western Ideal is a great-looking individual,” said Larry Drysdale, Winbak Farm of Ontario Manager.

Winbak Farm of Ontario is also welcoming Bettor’s Delight, p, 2, 1:51.3; 3, 1:49.4; 1:51.4h ($2,581,461). Last year he stood at Blue Chip Farms of New York and in the Southern Hemisphere. He is already the sire of six millionaires, among them two-time Dan Patch Award winner Seeyouatpeelers.

Three returning pacing stallions, Badlands Hanover, Art Colony and Shadow Play, have also safely returned from their breeding seasons Down Under.
