Allan Cullen, the leading driver at Windsor Raceway the past two years, has been suspended by the Ontario Racing Commission for one year after the 45-year-old horseman’s appeal regarding a human positive drug test was denied. 2) that he is enrolled as an active participant in an accredited aftercare program for a minimum of one year; 3) must demonstrate to the Director that he is worthy of having his licenses reinstated following his suspension; 4) which will include a negative alcohol and drug test at his cost; 5) be placed on probation for two years 6) The Director may see fit to attach conditions to his reinstatement; 7) Any breach of those conditions will cause an automatic suspension of his license with a requirement that he appear before the Commission.
