Published reports state Dr. John Witmer, arrested last spring along with Seldon and Eric Ledford and Ryan and Ardena Dailey, has pled guilty to the fourth-degree crime of maintaining false medical records. The Ledfords and Daileys earlier reached an agreement with the New Jersey attorney general on different charges that will result in each being fined and placed on a one-year probationary period, and Witmer will likely also receive probation and a fine of up to $10,000.
