The 3-year-old trotting gelding Stanchion Hanover topped the sale at $17,000 on a bid from Brent Davis of Ohio. The handsome son of Cantab Hall was consigned by Burke Racing LLC.

Another promising young trotter JL Rocking Jake was purchased by Doris Marine for $12,000 to race in the state of Delaware.

All Natural, a 3-year-old Allamerican Native filly racing in $11,000 conditioned claimers at The Meadows, was purchased for $11,500 by Claude Huckabone of New York.  Charles Stewart signed the ticket at $11,500 to bring Indy’s Z Tam back to Indiana to race.  The daughter of Dontgetinmyway had been competing at Woodbine this winter.

A pair of 3-year-old pacing geldings brought $10,000 each to race in their respective states.  Lee Roy Akers got the nod for the Full Of Fun sired-Candor, who is staked at the Ohio fairs.  Robert Barnard will keep Economize, by Dragon Again, at The Meadows where he’s been racing competitively in conditioned claimers.
