1:52.4 wins in filly paces

My Little Dragon and Designer Gal each posted 1:52.4 victories in their respect divisions of the Bluegrass for 3-year-old filly pacers Friday afternoon at The Red Mile. For defending divisional champ My Little Dragon, the win in the opening $99,800 split was her third of the year, while Designer Gal notched win number six in the $98,800 division.

The Noel Daley-trained My Little Dragon raced on Lasix for the first time, and the daughter of Dragon Again rallied down the stretch for driver Brian Sears to edge Art\'s Temptress, with Caviart Sydney third. Along with her three wins she has six seconds in her nine total starts, earning more than $500,000. Overall, her career earnings stand at $915,773 for owner Adam Victor & Son Stable.

Designer Gal was driven by Andy Miller for trainer Erv Miller, defeating Grandiose Gal and West Side Glory. The daughter of Cambest is owned by Brittany Farms and Daisy Acres. The time equaled her career best set earlier this year at The Red MIle. She nearly doubled her earnings to more than $105,000 with her effort.
