All Star fastest in Reynolds

Pat's All Star, owned by 88-year-old New Yorker Pat Tarsio, won the fastest of six $19,962 Reynolds divisions for 2-year-old colt and gelding pacers at The Downs at Pocono Saturday night.



Driven by George Napolitano Jr. for trainer Ray Allen, Pat's All Star won his fourth straight start, lowering his mark by more than four seconds. In his last outing, the son of Village Jove set a national season's best for a rookie on a half-mile track when he won in 1:59.3 at Goshen.



Robin Of Locksley, a son of JK Outlaw, won the opening Reynolds split in 1:54.3 for driver Dave Palone and trainer John McDermott. Also scoring Reynolds victories were: Oozie's Bad Boy, a son of Badlands Hanover trained and driven by Aaron Lambert (1:56); With Anticipation, a son of Jenna's Beach Boy driven by Ray Paver for trainer Norm Parker (1:55.2); Runover Feeling, a son of Western Hanover trained and driven by Roland Mallar (1:55.1); and Allamerican Apache, a son of Western Hanover driven by Palone for trainer Mickey McGivern (1:57).
