Andrew Cohen’s latest edition of Wire To Wire is available and this week he writes about The Great Annual Stakes Lottery. According to Cohen, “people all over North America are chatting with their trainers, reading tea leaves, charting the course of Jupiter, sniffing the wind, and otherwise trying to figure out if the babies they purchased last fall at the sales actually have a fighting chance to make something out of their freshman year.”
