Bono Bests moved to the lead just past the three eighths to win the $48,200 Count B Series final at Woodbine Friday night. Driven by Phil Hudon, the 3-year-old son of Pro Bono Best scored in 1:54.1, edging Armbro Deuce by a half length. It was six lengths back to third-place finisher Master The Art.

It was the fourth win of the season for Bono Bests, who is trained by Chad Milner. The brother to Hop Sing has career earnings of more than $94,000(C) for owners Ivan Sugg and Blue Chip Partners.
