Every year it all comes down to the Breeders Crown and that is the case again in 2020. In the new and free HarnessRacing Weekend Preview, we have all the chatter about this weekend’s Breeders Crown eliminations at Harrah’s Hoosier Park. Sixteen horses who competed in last weekend’s Indiana championships were entered into this year’s Crown extravaganza, including nine winners. Hoosier’s leading driver, Trace Tetrick, gives his take on the strong Indiana contingent, including a quartet he will drive.

Lewayne Miller trains and drives the Indiana Super Final champion JK Going West and he hopes the 2-year-old colt pacer parlays that win into a big Crown elim effort. Also, the Alagna Army entered 15, but trainer Tony Alagna had to scratch Ramona Hill from her Crown elim after the Hambo champ came up sick. Alagna still sends out 14 into the elims and he has some great insight on the chances of each.

With only 10 entered, older male pacers go straight to the final on Oct. 31, but Dr. Ian Moore entered Century Farroh into a Hoosier invitational on Saturday to serve as a prep race. While Moore is shipping from Canada, Louis Baudron is coming from far, far away, as the native of France will be at Hoosier to drive Cuatro De Julio in a Crown elim for 2-year-old male trotters.
