Gingras cracks open a six-pack at Harrah\'s Chester

Yannick Gingras won six races on the Monday night card at Harrah’s Chester Casino & Racetrack. Gingras won six of 11 establishing two lifetime marks aboard Alastor Hanover and Royal Fortune in the Daily Double and seasonal bests on Trueland Hanover, Classic Cullen N and Lightning Elvis respectively.
The 29-year-old Quebec native who rounded out the top 20 winningest drivers as of June 29, surpassed Eric Goodell, Brian Sears and Daniel Dube with 197 wins this season.
In addition, Beach Nut Brand (Tim Tetrick) reigned in the Open Handicap Trot on Monday. The 7-year-old bay gelding out of Branded secured the victory in a mile time of 1:54. Beach Nut Brand now exceeds career earnings of $700,000 and 42 lifetime wins.
