Goodtogo Hanover zipped to the lead from post eight and turned back a pair of serious challengers en-route to victory in Wednesday’s (May 31) $15,000 Filly & Mare Winners Over $10,000 Life Handicap Trot at The Meadows.

Homepage was the first to take on the leader when she moved first over down the backside. Goodtogo Hanover thwarted that thrust, then had to deal with the late charge of Dirty Secret.

The 4-year-old daughter of Explosive Matter-Grammy Hall found more for Jim Pantaleano and downed Dirty Secret by a neck in 1:55.2, with Bags For All third.

Phillip Zendt trains Goodtogo Hanover, who extended her career bankroll to $194,427, for Gary Saul.

Mike Wilder piloted three winners on the 13-race program.

Live racing at The Meadows resumes June 1 with a special Thursday card, first post 1:05 p.m. (The Meadows)
