It's Hambletonian time at the Meadowlands and in the new and free HarnessRacing Weekend Preview you can read all the stories about Saturday's trotting classic. Yannick Gingras celebrates a birthday two days after the Hambo and he would like nothing better than to give himself an early birthday present with Father Patrick, one of a formidable Jimmy Takter-trained trio going postward. Gingras talked to Weekend Preview about what a Hambletonian win would mean to him and why he likes his chances.

We talked to the connections of all 11 Hambletonian starters to get their take on the race. We also have Hambletonian Oaks news, including how two owners are making sure an injured driver isn't forgotten. Also, Dave Briggs' Stretch Call takes a look at the large group of Canadian-based owners that are heading to the Meadowlands to watch their Hambo hopeful. We also have an overview of the Cashman Memorial, and we remember our late European correspondent Lars G. Palm, who has a Friday night race at the Big M named in his memory.
