The deadline has passed and time is running out to honor, congratulate and remember, in this year’s journal, those who have made significant contributions to the world of Harness Racing. The Sunday, July 4, 2010 honorees are Living Hall of Fame: Hal S. Jones and Dave Palone; Bunny Lake and Varenne. Immortals of the Hall of Fame: Alden Goldsmith, Richard Stone Reeves, Dr. Harry Zweig and Three Diamonds. Communicators’ Hall of Fame: Murray Brown and Jim Moran. Pinnacle Award Honoree: Sculptor/artist Bev Lopez. The Museum’s Amateur Driving Champion, Todd Whitney will also be recognized.

The Annual Souvenir Journal is a high-quality product that includes historical and informative features and images. It is distributed throughout North America. Advertising in this prestigious publication will reach the Harness Racing community and beyond. It is an official in-house museum-approved fundraising project and is therefore tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Proceeds support the museum’s educational services. The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is located at 240 Main Street in Goshen, New York and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last tour 4:00 p.m.) Thanks to United States Trotting Association support we are currently offering free admission for walk-in visitors and $4:00/person for group docent-guided tours.
