Easton Alliance N zipped home in :26.2 to sweep past Burning Point and Glowing Report and win a $32,500 feature for pacing mares in 1:50.2 at the Meadowlands Friday night. Strada Memorial winner Loyal Opposition led through the middle half but faded to sixth.

Easton Alliance N, who won the Overbid Series final earlier this year, got away fifth in the seven-horse field early in the mile but then grinded first-over to challenge the leaders. Driven as usual by John Campbell, she pulled away from Glowing Report in the stretch drive to win by 1 ½ lengths. Burning Point never left the rail and held on for third.

Easton Alliance N now has five wins in 10 starts this season and more than $150,000 in earnings for owner Katherine Bardis. Ross Croghan trains the 5-year-old mare by Village Jasper.
