Ontario-based trainer Dennis Moffat has reportedly received a 10-year suspension and $100,000 fine for an erythropeietin (EPO) test on his horse Donegal Bill, who has also been suspended from racing by the Ontario Racing Commission.

Moffatt claimed the 7-year-old gelding in September at Georgian Downs out of a $7,000(C) claimer and had since raced the pacer at Windsor Raceway.
