With Jason Bartlett--five winners on the 12-race card--driving for trainer Ron Burke, the daughter of Park Place easily conquered her elements and her  adversaries. Leaving from post position three, the 1-2 choice negotiated the wind-driven rain through intervals of :30, 1:00.2, 1:30 and 2:00.1. Rev Me Up defeated 25-1 shot O  Lucky Me (Jeff Gregory) by 2 3/4 lengths, with 41-1 proposition Briefly (Steve Smith) rallying very well to grab third.
