I\'ll Be Seeing You closed from out of the clouds to earn bragging rights and the lion’s share of the $45,600(C) purse in Friday\'s final of The Count B Pacing Series at Woodbine Racetrack. The Blair Burgess pupil, who went into the final with his maiden label intact, overcame a tough post and a ton of traffic to notch the 1:57.2 victory.

Let go at odds of 11-1, the 3-year-old son of Real Desire-Babe Watching sat last in the field of nine for a good portion of the mile while Heaven Touched (Randy Waples), who was looking to sweep the series, put up sensible fractions of :28.3, :58.3 and 1:27.2.

Jody Jamieson latched onto fourth-over cover with I\'ll Be Seeing You as the field entered the final turn, and with the help of a :28.4 final quarter they powered past the field for the 1:57.2 decision. Heaven Touched managed to grab the silver medal while Pan Cushion (Mario Baillargeon) came on late to finish third.

I\'ll Be Seeing You, who was a $70,000 yearling purchase at the 2004 Lexington Select Sale, bumped his career bankroll to $24,880 for the My Desire Stable of Versailles, Ky. (Woodbine)
