Honolulu Hunk, second to Misty Moonlight in last week's preliminary leg of the Maryland Sire Stakes for 2-year-old colt and gelding trotters, rebounded with a wire-to-wire romp by 7 1/4 lengths over Misty Moonlight in the $42,071 Sire Stakes final Friday night at Rosecroft.

Trainer Jerry Nock was in the bike as the son of Program Speed scored his third victory in five starts this year for owner William Clark Jr.

Earlier in the evening, in a non-betting event, Mandas Mistyclover romped to a 25-length victory against her only opponent, Go Go Girl, in the $40,000 Sire Stakes final for freshman filly trotters. John Littleton was in the bike for Donnie and Nancy Drewer.
