Joe's Miss Daisy kicked off the opening leg of the Kentucky Sires Stakes finals with an 8-length, 1:54 win in the $300,000 freshman filly pace at The Red Mile on Sunday evening, Sept. 12.
With Dan Noble in the bike for trainer Johnson Hill, Jr., who owns the Jenna's Beach Boy filly with partner Brent Tartar, the post time favorite sat second through opening fractions of :27.2 and :56.1, then rolled to a commanding lead by the three quarters in 1:26.3 and had no challengers en route to her third win in five starts, and one that added $150,000 to the $25,000 she'd previously earned. Hello Camie was second and Just A Glimpse third.
