In a final tune-up for his trip to Sweden, Mr Muscleman romped to a 1:52 victory in a $40,000 prep race for the Arthur J. Cutler Memorial on Friday night at the Meadowlands.
With Ron Pierce at the lines, Mr Muscleman brushed to the lead along the backstretch, making his move just past the quarter-mile mark, and accelerated away to a 2 3/4-length win over Ripped [$5.00, $2.10].  Brunton Tilly [$2.10] finished third after grinding out a first-over trip and drifting wide in the lane.
Mr Muscleman will miss next Saturday\'s $185,000 Arthur J. Cutler Memorial Final as he gets ready to ship to Sweden for the Eltilopp, Europe\'s most prestigious one-mile event, on Sunday, May 27 at Solvalla racecourse in Stockholm.

Trained by Noel Daley, Mr. Muscleman is a perfect three-for-three this season.  The 7-year-old gelding is the richest Standardbred racehorse currently in training with a bankroll of $3.4 million.  The 2005 Trotter of the Year is owned by Adam Victor & Son Stable of New York, New York.
