With five sub-1:50 mares going postward in Friday's (June 20) $200,000 Lady Liberty final, it was a safe bet that the final time would be in that range. Worldly Beauty didn't disappoint as the two-time Dan Patch award winner came closing fastest to win in 1:49.3.

After an early give-and-take for the lead between Bunny Lake, Eternal Camnation and Always Cam resulted in fractions of :26.4, :53 and 1:49.3, Worldly Beauty used a third-over trip from driver Luc Ouellette to sweep by them all in the stretch to gain the victory.

Eternal Camnation (Eric Ledford) held game for second, with Card Trick Hanover (Ron Pierce) third.

For Worldly Beauty, a 4-year-old daughter of Artsplace, her clocking equaled her career best, which she set on May 24 at the Meadowlands.
