HorseRacing TV (HRTV) will present live coverage of four prestigious Breeders Crown races from Mohawk Racetrack, as well as the World Trotting Derby from the fabled DuQuoin State Fair (IL) this Saturday, Sept. 1.

The top-flight harness action will take place throughout the busy day, capped off when Mohawk Raceway unveils a sensational card of racing, topped by four Breeders Crown races and the $1 million Metro Pace for 2 year olds.

The top two Breeders Crown races are for older pacers and trotters. Corleone Kosmos and Vivid Photo headline the $784K-plus event for trotters, while the talented Lis Mara is the prohibitive choice in the $540K Open Pace. In the Metro Pace, Somebeachsomewhere is the morning line choice, but he is expected to be tested by the likes of Moon Beam and Dali.

The afternoon harness action features the $600,000 World Trotting Derby from the DuQuoin State Fair, which is headed by the Hambletonian-winning Donato Hanover, who has banked more than $1 million.  He will face eight foes in his quest to annex another of trotting\'s major events.
