Walter Haynes Sr., 69, of Crete, Ill., died June 16. Mr. Haynes was a longtime member of the USTA and a trainer of Standardbreds. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Mary; daughter, Brenda Haynes Pulliam; son, Walter Jr. (Sara); and granddaughters, Nikkomi Moorefield, Amber and Lili.
