John Brennan on northjersey.com reported on Thursday afternoon (Jan. 12)  that U.S. District Court Judge Stanley Chesler has ruled against Lou Pena in his suit to prevent his ban from racing at the New Meadowlands Racetrack by track operator Jeff Gural.
