Liebman named NY deputy secy. of gaming, racing

Bennett Liebman, executive director of the Albany Law School’s Government Law Center, has left that position to serve as deputy secretary for gaming and racing. The position was created by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who appointed Liebman.  Liebman is a former commissioner of the New York State Racing and Wagering Board, and is a trustee on the board of The New York Racing Association.
