The Kentucky Supreme Court has denied a motion filed to review a decision by a Kentucky Court of Appeals involving Loyal Opposition's positive in the 2005 Allerage Mare Pace final at The Red Mile.   Loyal Opposition, owned at the time by Daniel Waxman, won the $80,000 race but subsequently tested positive for Flunixin.
