RCI reclassifies anabolic steroids

The RCI Board of Directors unanimously has approved a drug reclassification of stanozolol, boldenone, nandrolone, and testosterone, moving the anabolic steroids to Class 3 from Class 4. This change in classification clears the way for racing commissions to impose tougher penalties for a positive test consistent with the Model Rules or their individual jurisdictional practices.   The co...
