Kentucky Senator Damon Thayer announced on Monday the award amounts for the 2007 Kentucky Breeders\' Incentive Fund (KBIF), which will provide $2.8 million in purse money for the Kentucky Sire Stakes.   Thayer is the legislative author of the Breeders\' Incentive program.
