Scioto loses $4.4 mil in \'06

The Columbus Dispatch is reporting Scioto Downs filed documents that reported it spent $3.1 million last year in its unsuccessful quest to pass a referendum that would have allowed slot machines at the track, resulting in total losses of $4.4 million in 2006.
