The Racing Medication & Testing Consortium has completed a section of its website (www.rmtcnet.com) that enables licensed horsemen to look up guidelines for withdrawal times for approximately 75 therapeutic medications identified by the RMTC Veterinary Advisory Committee.   The guidelines are available for 18 states and Canada. Illinois-based trainer Deborah Allison reportedly pleaded guilty Tuesday on a charge of animal cruelty after one dead horse and three emaciated horses were discovered at her farm in Crete.
