A coyote caused a recall Thursday night at Woodbine as the large critter crossed the track as the horses were lining up behind the gate for the fifth race. Vernon Downs owner Jeff Gural has reportedly stated he plans on making $6 million in loan repayments by the New York Racing and Wagering Board\'s imposed deadline of April 2 and that the track will open on April 6 as scheduled--but with a caveat.
