KY funding study to develop micro dosing test

The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has approved $147,000 from the Kentucky Equine Drug Research Council fund to develop a test to detect if a horse has been given small levels—microdoses—of a blood-doping agent such as erythropoietin (EPO) or darbepoetin.
