Dick Stambaugh, 69, dies in Maryland

C. Richard "Dick" Stambaugh, age 69, of Union Bridge, Md., died unexpectedly Saturday at Carroll Hospital Center. He was the husband of Cheryl "Cheri" Stambaugh, his wife of 17 years.
