James "Jim” Coulter, of New Sharon, Iowa, died Monday, Dec. 14, at the Crystal Heights Care Center in Oskaloosa. Michigan official Norm Perttunen dies at 80

Longtime Michigan-based horseman Norman S. Perttunen, who most recently worked as patrol judge at Hazel Park Raceway, died Sunday, Dec. 13, at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He was 80.
