Ontario commission dismisses oxilofrine penalties

The Ontario Racing Commission (ORC) has held hearings and reviewed the cases of trainers Gerard Demers, Paul MacDonell, Bill Elliott and Jonah Moase for positive tests this summer for the Class 2 drug oxilofrine.
