Kenneth Oscarsson, a well-known Swedish horseman who worked in the W.R. Harrah's Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack has revised its 2015 live racing schedule, with the 150-program season slated to now begin on March 27. The opening Friday card carries a first post of 12:40 p.m., which will remain the standard starting time throughout the season. The 2015 season will run through Sunday, Dec. 13.
