Monday's races at the Illinois State fairgrounds in Springfield have been cancelled due to continuing rain in the area. The card included the Reviews for 2 year olds.   The Monday card has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 13, with post time 12 noon (CDT). Tuesday's races, which include the Reviews for 3 year olds, will also begin at 12 noon (CDT).
