Ryder Steck, 18, dies Saturday, Aug. 2

Ryder Steck, the son of Ohio horseman Ron Steck and his wife Kila, died Saturday. Ryder, 18, was injured in an automobile acvident while on his way to work Sunday morning, July 27.  He had been in an induced coma and was on a ventilator. His parents are well known throughout the Ohio Standardbred community.
