Illinois governor signs ADW bill

The Illinois legislature on Wednesday passed the Advanced Deposit Wagering (ADW) bill that will allow Balmoral Park and Maywood Park to race full schedules in 2014. According to the Illinois Harness Horsemen's Association (IHHA) website, the ADW bill passed the state Senate 47-4 and the state House 95-10.
