Total wagering and purses increase in 2013

Retired racing official Chester L. Boyle of Harwich, Mass., died Nov. 20, 2013, at age 86. Mr. Boyle was graduated dually from Weymouth (Mass.) High School and the Norfolk Agricultural School.
